One in, one out for the Inters

12 09 2009

The Inters waved goodbye to Pascal today, as he left to join two friends in another crew, taking the Pringles with him 😦

However, one of the “Inters originals”, Andrew (i-am-iron-man), has returned to the crew following a lengthy absence. Welcome back!

The Inters welcome Pete, and other news

26 08 2009

Pete Horner has today joined the Inters.

Pete arrives as one of the most hard working forum mods on the game. His past crews include the Pub Crew and the OFM Dream Team.

In other news, former crew moderator Sam (Parco Petyt) has “semi-retired” from the game, but will remain in the crew.

And finally, Ed has relinquished his crew mod duties, and handed the baton over to Inters stalwart Tom Donlan.

Ed does less well with Kapfenberger

21 06 2009

Hardly the most extraordinary of achievements, but nevertheless Ed took Kapfenberger to new heights in the Austrian league, finishing 4th and winning the league cup to bag 3163 manager points.

Ed is now managing Tubeke, from Belgium.

I wonder if the Isle of Man have a football league…

Donlan takes the title with Crewe

21 06 2009

Crewe Alexandra aren’t the sort of team who win titles. They tend to just get relegated. But under Tom Donlan’s stewardship, the Alex finished 1st (on OFM, unfortunately).

Donlan earns 5676 manager points and now takes charge of Fulham.

Welcome Hugh!

21 06 2009

The Inters take great pleasure in announcing that long-term target Hugh Jarce has joined.

Welcome fella

Dan Wilson becomes an International

28 05 2009

Dan Wilson has today joined the crew.

Welcome Dan!

Tomas named OFM Member Of Honour

27 05 2009

T o + has today been named as one of OFM’s Members of Honour, thanks to years of Support staff work for OFM.

Congrats Tomas, thoroughly deserved 🙂

Donlan still flying with Crewe, Ed stumbling in Austria

27 05 2009

Bristol Rovers 0 – 2 Crewe Alexandra

Goals from Benitez and Rafael da Silva sent Tom’s Crewe side 15 points clear at the top of the league.

Kapfenberger SV 4 – 0 Austria Wien

Boerrigter, Fukal, Liendl and Traoui (pen) crushed the opponent, making it 3 wins out of 6 for Ed’s faltering young side (the aim is to finish with a team of players aged 20 or under)
